This policy has been developed to ensure that the University of Bradford complies with its obligations in relation to the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (DDA), the Special Educational Needs and Disability Act 2001 (SENDA) and the Disability Equality Duty (DDA 2005). It also aims to help develop best practice for the inclusive assessment of all students.
